These terms govern the services provided by Property Performance North East. By booking a service you agree to these terms.
Property Performance North East provides independent property inspection, assessment and advisory services. We are an independent consultancy and are not an estate agent, letting agent or contractor.
Fixed-price services are paid at the time of booking through Stripe. Selecting a preferred date does not guarantee an appointment until we confirm it in writing. Variable-price services are quoted before any payment is taken.
Our reports are based on visual, non-intrusive observations made on the day of attendance and are provided for guidance. They do not constitute a structural survey or legal advice.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service purchased. We are not liable for defects that were not reasonably visible at the time of inspection.
