We understand plans change. This policy explains how cancellations and rescheduling work for one-off services and membership.
You may reschedule a confirmed appointment by contacting us. We will always do our best to accommodate a new preferred date.
Cancellations made with reasonable notice before a confirmed appointment may be eligible for a refund or credit, subject to any costs already incurred. Contact us as soon as possible.
Membership can be cancelled at any time through your secure Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future payments; member pricing and annual loyalty benefits end when the subscription ends.
Where a refund applies, it is processed securely through Stripe to your original payment method.
