Property Performance Membership is a monthly subscription charged per enrolled property. These terms explain how membership works.
Membership is charged at £29.99 per property, per month. Where more than one property is enrolled, the monthly charge is multiplied by the number of enrolled properties.
Members receive quarterly property health checks, an annual Legionella risk assessment, a digital property record, independent advice, priority booking and exclusive member pricing from the moment they join.
After twelve consecutive successful monthly payments, members receive one annual Property Performance Assessment and one annual Professional Check-In Report. These unlock only while the membership remains active and payments are up to date.
Payments are collected monthly by Stripe. Signed in members can update their payment method and view or download invoices at any time through the secure billing portal in their account area.
To cancel, or to remove a property from your membership, email info@propertyperformancenortheast.co.uk and we will confirm it, usually the same working day. Member pricing and benefits apply only while the subscription is active and end when it is cancelled.
