Create your account, confirm your property details and set up secure monthly payment through Stripe. Membership begins once payment is confirmed.
Welcome and confirm your visit
We send a welcome email with your membership summary, confirm the property address and agree the best time for your first visit, usually within 24 hours.
First Property Inspection
We carry out your first quarterly visual inspection, covering the seven key areas of condition, damp, mould, leaks, damage, wear and safety observations.
Your Digital Property Record is delivered
Your inspection report, photographs and recommendations are uploaded to your private account. You can view, download and share them whenever you need.
Quarterly checks continue
Your next Property Inspection is scheduled roughly three months later, keeping your property independently reviewed throughout the year.
